This is/was/will be a GREAT find for a weekend passing through Topeka. Great owner, even better story, and a great start right at the time of COVID and with a humble beginnings in a food truck. The food is amazing. Don’t miss this place. Best of the best. Now if we can only get Guy Fieri to stop in!
From out of town, out of state, just passing through; glad we came across this place! Best bbq & fry bread since I left Oklahoma! (and I was raised on bbq pork and fry bread!) You must so be here and try it!
Let me say this... I had a plan of getting some smoked wings and put them in the air fryer because I love a good crispy skin on a naked wing. I bought a slab of ribs with plans to drop them in the pressure cooker. Usually, ribs from commercial eateries have a little too much tear to them. While I don't need them fall off the bone tender, but a good bite should get them free. My plan was happily ruined as both the wings and the ribs were PERFECTION, based on how I like them!!!...
