Placed online order for coffee traveler and arrived at store between 15 and 20 minutes later. They hadn't even started brewing the coffee yet. Employee told me, "they'll do it this time, but they kindly ask for 24 hour notice in the future." Told them I tried to order last night in the app, however it wasn't accepting future orders. NOWHERE on the app or website does it say orders must be placed ahead of time, and 20 minutes is more than enough time to brew a batch of coffee for this. Thankfully this is a Starbucks located inside the grocery store and I rarely order from here. Also, when i asked for the cream and sugar that was supposed to be provided with, they started filling individual cups, how am i supposed to transport??? Just really disappointed that I gave ample time before I arrived and nothing was started and now the timetable I had for the very structured and scheduled day is jeopardized. What's the point of ordering on the app??!?!?!?!

This Starbucks was out of all but two types of breakfast sandwiches. The girl working there had an attitude. My wife's coffee and my mocha coffee were both luke warm and my Ham and Swiss Croissant was freezer burned. Unfortunately we had left the store when we tried our beverages and sandwiches, otherwise we would have gone back for a refund. I should have realized that there were going to be problems as we were leaving, someone walking by said to the girl working there "I thought you had quit". We have been in many Starbucks over the last 20 years, but this was definitely the worst one that we have ever gone to.

Every time I go in there the employees are always so miserable and have attitudes.. nobody wants to be greeting in the morning like that. Sorry but do go into customer service if you’re going to have an attitude on your face all day.

Worst experience I've had with starbucks. Worst drinks, by the time I actually got my drinks that were already made horrible, and they were too lazy to actually just say my name so i knew it was ready while it was busy they weren't even drinkable since they were suppose to be frozen. Horrible service. Waste of $20. Won't be back to this location. Rather go to scooters.

I went there a couple days ago. There was a heavier guy working with a coworker. The heavy guy was making mine. I noticed that he got whipped cream on his hands and then I matched him lick it off his fingers.... all the while he was holding my soon to be cup.... I just left.
Arrived at 7:50p. Closing time is 8:00p. Staff wiping everything down; machines off. Zero cares given that it was during opening hours and we just wanted a black coffee to go.

Not LGBT friendly. I've been getting the same drink for 11 years the lady talked to me like I was stupid and only gave me half of what I paid for. Please get someone young to replace the old lady working there,they're to closed minded and disrespectful to transgender people.

The line at the drive thru is always long. People go there because it's Starbucks. The drinks are subpar and the service is worse. There are local coffee shops in the area that are much better, with much better prices.
