If I could give this place a negative five stars for customer service. I would!I sat at the intercom for over five minutes before I kept asking if someone was going to assist me. I am a csr and I couldn't believe these people don't let the customer know that there will be a wait, welcome in dealing with a customer, nothing! Just dry personalities.Then I order my food and it's cold and the cheese tots didn't even cover the bottom of the tray.This is not the first time I've seen this. Appears to be a regular thing that management should get on top of. It's absolutely ridiculous!

One of my favorite places when nothing else sounds good. The Nachos are always a fun later in the night snack.... The staff has never been nothing but nice anytime we have gone. For the price it is well worth driving from any part of town....
