The Happy Hut Hawaiian Shaved Ice

I LOVE this shaved ice location—they are the only place I know that has SUGAR FREE flavors!!! I recently heard that the gentleman/brothers that owned it recently sold it. I hope the new owners keep the sugar free options—1. because I will cry if they don’t and 2. the previous owners worked hard to keep it in stock but once word really got out about the sugar free options, they had trouble gauging the rapidly increasing demand since it was likely greater than previous years sales and their forecasting for inventory didn’t know the popularity boom.
Please please please remain with sugar free possibilities and, if your sales prove to be worth it, have longer hours during the summer.

I love this place! The shaved ice has the perfect texture, and they're generous with the topping, but don't go overboard and make a mess. I've always had exceptional customer service that's both prompt and friendly, and they're even patient with you when you can't figure out which one of their 40+ awesome flavors to pick from. My family stops in here for a cool treat to beat the heat pretty often, and we're always glad we did. The prices are very reasonable and the seating area has a great relaxed atmosphere, even while being next to a busy street. I definitely suggest you give them a try.Also for the dog lovers, they offer a free "Pup Cup" which is unflavored ice and a dog biscuit. I love that they look out for doggos like that.

Love the snow cones. Best in town. Even though Facebook and their website say they are open, they are not. I drove over twice today hoping they just opened later. Love the cones, wish they were open more.

Best shave ice, just never open.

Disclaimer: I'm a former employee, but I would fully recommend their shave ice to anyone!I'm currently attending college out of state but I crave Happy Hut Shave ice all the time, none of the places here make it anywhere as good, they all say "shave ice" but it's more like crushed ice and honestly more of a sno-cone, that's kinda like the defining feature of shave ice. It feels like real snow not just really small ice cubes. The staff are awesome and mor than happy to assist or awnser questions you have! They usually all have some "secret" off menu combo or flavor they love so ask a few and you might just find your new favorite too!
