We really like the food here. Unfortunately, late in the day frequently a particular customer sitting at the bar appears to have had way too much to drink and is continually very loudly (almost yelling) obnoxiously spouting off with his foul mouth even above the already too loud music. I'd expect this maybe in a roudy bar, but this isn't that type of place. We'd like to have an at least somewhat relaxing meal. Apparently nothing can be done since he's a friend or relative of one of the owners. I wouldn't think the owners wouldn't want this guy running off customers.

The food came out one plate at a time. The nachos were cold. One plate was incorrect. The last plate came out when everyone else was done. We had to ask for refills on drinks and the table was never cleared. The menu says choice of any side and no where does it state up charge on certain sides. We love and support our community but we won't back anytime soon.

I don’t understand how this place is so bad compared to Vikings. And I’ve heard a lot others say that as well. Even with the same owners

I felt the service was really slow for a weekday night & not many people were in there. There was only 3 of us. My chicken fried steak was way overcooked (brown crisp all around the outside edges), the mash potatoes were lukewarm and had no flavor. The corn tasted like it had just been dumped onto my plate from the service container - not even heated up. Server wasn't very friendly for someone working in the waitstaff industry wanting/expecting a tip (she got one only because I was with other people). For the prices, I expect much better. Will take a lot for me to go back.

Great experience. Drinks were solid. We had Coconut shrimp as an appetizer. Recommend! I had the Beef Master. As good as the shrimp! Wife had the Rueben. It was fine. We both had soups as the side. Chili had a nice little kick. Wife’s chicken noodle was good as well. Matt, the bartender was attentive and friendly. Marty, the cook, came out before we ordered and gave some suggestions. Overall, very happy. If we pass through here again, we would definitely pick Thunderbirds and try some of their other yummy dishes!!

The service was amazing. The baked potato was not hot or fully cooked. The floors in the main dining area and women's bathroom were sticky (shoes stuck to floor...the friends I was with mentioned the same). The music was loud, and we could not hear each other talking. We did ask for it to be turned down, and they accommodated our request.

I could bathe in a vat of Whiteys cheese sauce. Yet inexplicably, their "cheesesteak" does not utilize it's perfect creamy, melty divineness, instead opting for a modest slice of completely unmelted cheese, with chunks of unremarkably seasoned meat and only a few meager slices of pepper and onion. They may want to look up a picture of a real cheesesteak for reference- they are truly thisclose to something actually craveable instead of merely something serviceable with that. They also need to learn to read the room when it comes to blaring music. It was cranked loud, which would be fine for a place like this when it's bar hours (after 9 pm-ish) but annoying for the early dinner and conversation crowd, which was it clearly was- families with small children, a 60th birthday party, and small groups of couples and friends seemingly in the 30+ age range. (Not to mention there were some ripe lyrics- which again, is not your dinner demo.)

This was my first time here. I went at an off hour and I got great service and the food was wonderful. I will recommend this place in a minute.

Food is okay. Maybe it's because I haven't tried everything? The service and atmosphere is good.
