The food was good and well priced. It was surprisingly slow for a Saturday night but we were grateful for that after being out all day at parks and antiquing. The waiter was very nice and really did a good job for someone new to the profession. Most of the wait staff that we saw was grossly under trained and spent more time chatting with each other than doing their job. However, I will give the benefit of the doubt and say that they could have been cutting staff or in a shift...
Great service and food. The manager was very friendly and helpful. My server was training a new server. They both were very pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom well stocked. Overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Thunderbird Grille to my friends and I will definitely be back.
My son wanted to play pickleball for his birthday, so we checked out the Thunderbirds Grille. You do have to reserve courts, but they provide the equipment, we had plenty of time to play, and the court area had a good setup. No reservation is needed to dine, although we had a large party so I did reserve a table ahead of time. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to accommodate our large-ish party (10 people).
