Went there last night 5/23/25 and ordered tacos which are usually a hit. Whoever was in charge of draining the meat obviously dropped the ball. So much grease it was dripping onto the wrapper. It was so gross that I didn’t get to finish eating my order. Leaving a wouldn’t recommend because although they are usually good, there needs to be better quality control because it’s not the first time this has happened
I went there today 9/3/24 after ordering and paying for my food I was waiting for my number to be called. I look up and one of the employees was behind the counter playing with his dreads. Needless to say this is very insanity and I will not be back
sadly ever since covid the quality of the food is not the same. I grew up eating at tortilla jacks so I know when something isn't right. the meat they use has Frost bite taste, lower quality than what they use to use. the tortillas are not the same, they now use something you'd pickup at the store. you are better off going to any of the Mexican restaurants in town than here.
