Nice place after the remodeling. However, staff are rude and never get your order correct. Kitchen is always a total wreck "looks like they got bored and had a good fight!" So if you eat there and only use the drive thru, I'm sorry, but it's probably not safe to eat.

It was 1045am and I ordered a biggie bag, fries were stale and cold, no sauce given for my nuggets. Lady at the window was very rude didn't say nothing but the total and didn't say thank u or no receipt or smile just kept talking to a coworker inside. I usually like Wendy's but this might change my idea of their food.

The fries were over cooked. You would think if the fries are dark toasted brown and crunchy you should probably not of served them. The hamburger was cold. The lady at the drive through didn't give straws or napkins with our order, that should of been a must no matter what.

Food could be Little more hotter, some tables were dirty, service could be a bit faster if the guy taking orders didn't have to wait for someone's fingerprint to activate register, flies in the building, a 9 out of 10.

Went thru the drive thru our fries and burgers were cold. Called when I got home and the guy on the phone was rude. Will not be back. Wendy's is supposed to make your burgers as you order them but that obviously isn't the case anymore. Very expensive you would at least expect hot food.

The Glorious Wendy's of my youth has been destroyed and I will never visit them again because this much anger shouldn't be caused by one store consistently screwing up over and over and over and over I think 10 years is all the chances I'm going to give you screw Wendy's

I have came here a couple of times and ended up leaving because you wait in line as the only person and get ignored and or talked to rude. I would be pretty upset with my employees if I ran this location

1:15 pm today (9/28/24) ordered the chicken wrap combo NO SALT on my fries & absolutely NO RANCH it isn't that hard I promise you it isn't. I walked out with my only to turn back around to kindly let the staff know my order was incorrect. The gentleman that rung me up was very nice & made sure to clarify with me what I wanted & even walked towards the kitchen to make sure they heard what the order was correctly before I left. So when I came back he asked what was wrong & I told him even with a smile on my face the issue. He didn't look happy & made it clear again what my order was. While I am waiting on my wrap & fries, the wrap was ready but the fries I had to wait on fresh ones due to salt already being on the batch that was made (that was fine I can wait). The cashier (gentleman) came & to ask me why I was still waiting & asked if the wrap was done. Before I could answer the young lady who remade my wrap for me had a whole attitude about how it was already done yet no one was even talking to her so she could have piped all the way down. I explained to her & him I waiting on my fries not the wrap no one is even talking about the wrap anyways.... she made a big deal about how she fixed it just for me to open it AND STILL SEE RANCH ON IT FOR A SECOND TIME. When I called to point out at this point I just want my money back bscause this is ridiculous. I was told it's their policy for me to bring the receipt & the food back, mind you I ate the fries they were made correctly no issue the second time. When I said I can't just come right back I don't live on the said of town she wanted me to hold on to the food until tomorrow to bring it in, I said that's gross she said that's their policy. Never heard of anyone doing that but ok, one less place for me to waste my money on. I'm good on this location.
