Horrible drive thru, lady couldn't understand my order. Had to repeat it 3 times, ordered 2 baconanator meals, got home, and surprise surprise, only one meal and the other a chicken sandwich. Fast food is not that hard to read a receipt. Too far to drive back and never was given a receipt.

Ordered Baconators son in a large combo without mayo. Made sure we had the order correct at the register screen. Burger came out oozing with mayo and the fries werent allowed to finish cooking. Appreciated the hustle getting the food out but not the execution of the order. I don't mind waiting if it means my fries get cooked.

Tried paying with Apple Pay. The card reader or my phone I guess wasn’t reading. I tried multiple positions and without my case still didn’t work. I then read what the screen said and the cashier said “ you don’t have to be like that” spun it around aggressively and restarted it. Excellent service lady with purple and blonde hair.

Stopped by this Wendy’s to pick up lunch to eat at the park and had a very enjoyable meal. The Dave’s Single was juicy and well-seasoned, the fries were hot (though a little soft this visit), and the Frosty was a perfect sweet finish. Staff were friendly and my order was accurate, but the drive thru line moved slowly. Overall a solid, tasty spot—just expect a possible wait.

Blonde girl with a low ponytail and glasses, no hat, no name tag who seemed to be a manger is very rude to her employees. She ripped the bag out of the employee's hand and yelled at him to go take food out. By the time we got our frosties they were already pretty melted, but at least the food was warm and tasted good.

The service was great but the food was not sanitary. Workers were cross contaminating by messing with cleaning stuff and also making food. Also most of the staff does not wears gloves or switch out gloves often. Which made me uncomfortable eating my food. They’re really nice but this location needs to be better with being sanitary.

Nice place after the remodeling. However, staff are rude and never get your order correct. Kitchen is always a total wreck "looks like they got bored and had a good fight!" So if you eat there and only use the drive thru, I'm sorry, but it's probably not safe to eat.

It was 1045am and I ordered a biggie bag, fries were stale and cold, no sauce given for my nuggets. Lady at the window was very rude didn't say nothing but the total and didn't say thank u or no receipt or smile just kept talking to a coworker inside. The fries were over cooked. You would think if the fries are dark toasted brown and crunchy you should probably not of served them. The hamburger was cold. The lady at the drive through didn't give straws or napkins with our order, that should of been a must no matter what.
