Ok, I’m normally not one to leave a negative review for petty stuff, quite the opposite of try and only leave positive reviews and just ignore bad service but it’s now happened twice in a row where I go to this location and ask for a Dave’s double with bacon (additional cost) and I get NO bacon but still get charged the extra buck and change it cost to add it - Besides this both times we’ve gotten overly salted (which are normally famous for being the most under seasoned flavorless fries in the game). The food looks like it were put together by pre schoolers. Between the long drive-thru waits, the attitude at the speaker and the way the food comes out (and sometimes doesn’t come out despite what you paid) this has become my do-not-go-to option… ??

Not open for breakfast anymore? Second time stopping by when they’re supposed to be open and the doors are locked with no signs posted regarding the locked doors? Is it only online or drive through? Nothing says that’s the case.

Horrible service. Not a care that we were unhappy with the food that was served 15 minutes after we ordered. Meanwhile approximately 15 customers were served in drive through. Our Chili had no cheese and onions as asked. The nuggets had some wet foreign debris on them. "Yuk" my daughter exclaimed. Instead of replacing the order of nuggets, the questionable nugget was picked out amongst the rest and replaced. My daughter would not eat them. Waist of money.

This is my favorite Wendy’s. Boy was it terrible today. I was so disappointed.My fries were brown from being overcooked. They were barely edible. I’m going to have to stop getting the fries. I have not liked them for awhile now. Just a waste of money.I waited for my order longer than usual. The man making the sandwiches accidentally gave mine away. He was very nice but it was not what I wanted. No lettece on my Dave’s Single where I wanted extra lettece. The burger was soaking in ketchup where I asked for lite.As I’m writing this, I feel an upset stomach coming on.I think they had a mad rush and had not recovered.I will need to stop coming here for a while & go someplace else.

I give 5 stars to Jaime and the workers but 0 stars to Wendy’s and their app… if you’re going to advertise a deal, maybe make it clear that you need the app? I wasted so much time in the store because this wasn’t clear in the internet articles that were publicizing the deal.Also wasted the workers’ time because the app was not very straightforward, and I lost the coupon at one point. What was supposed to be a simple 5-minute trip ended up taking MUCH longer because of this, and if it wasn’t for Jaime’s help I wouldn’t have been able to get the deal at all.

Breakfast service is extremely slow. They make you pull forward from the drive through even if no one is behind you because they are timed and manipulate the data.
If I could put zero stars I would....one lady in particular needs more customer training, sadly I did not catch her name but I would not recommend....the manager I think his name was Jaimie he was an excellent person....I feel sorry for him having to work with those people and I'm sorry for how understaffed they were....food was great but service was not except for the manager
