I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.
I was reluctant to order given the reviews. My experience was great. I ordered online and decided to wait about 30 minutes after the stated time to pick up my order given the reviews about long waits. Its not uncommon to wait longer than expected for food anywhere. The food was ready when I arrived, no wait. It was not piping hot so it probably was ready on time. I also selected the option online for the wings to be well done given some reviews mentioning undercooked meat....
The food was amazing, made me fall in love with wingstop! Unfortunately, they are understaffed at this location, so food took a while to come out (40ish minutes). But they were so kind & apologized so much! I really wish they had more workers there because, like I said I LOVEEED the food!! I did notice at this location it seems like a lot of people get their food to go, & don't dine in.
