Very delicious food! Highly recommend this restaurant, the owners are very knowledgeable of one as a client. It’s a very good family friendly oriented place. My kids and family love eating here when we’re in town!
Miranda's Kitchen is a comfortable place to eat some great food! It is nice to have Honduran food available in Ulysses, not a cuisine commonly found in SW Kansas.
Every dish I've tried has been quite tasty. My favorite main dish is the Pollo Con Tajadas, or Fried Chicken with Plantains. Quite possibly the best fried chicken I've ever eaten!

The food is very delicious, full of flavor, and meets every expectation. The place never fails when it comes to trying new things, and they will make it how you want it. The pancakes were great, and when a mistake was made, it was fixed and made to look so delicious that kids couldn't wait to dig in. The owners are very knowledgeable of one as a client. It is a very good family friendly oriented place, and kids and family love eating here when in town. The menu is very diverse and full of authentic Central American flavors. The pupusas are so good, with huge portions. The carne asada tacos were so good, the meat just melts in your mouth. The pineapple de agua was also fantastic. The baleadas, ordered with carne asada, are absolutely delicious. There are great prices and generous portions. The salsa is perfection, and the queso is immaculate. The toppings for your taco are the freshest. The mole sauce is rich, deep, slightly sweet, slightly smoky, and layered. The green taco sauce has perfect texture: smooth, not watery, not thick enough to overpower, just right. Everything tasted homemade. Portions were generous, flavors bold, and every bite felt intentional. It is a gem in a tiny Kansas town and a chip dippers paradise.
