“First time here. Nice atmosphere. Excellent customer service! We ordered the fried ravioli appetizer and they were so good. Long Island Iced Tea? yes!! 👍👍We ordered pizza by the slice( customized any way you'd like) it was fantastic!! (and huge) We are definitely going back to try all the other things! Also very reasonably priced!!!“

“I had one of the best servers at this place, however I did order an alcoholic beverage. I am 21 had my birthday last month. A woman who was not my server asked to see my id, proceeded to ask for me to take it out, scratched the front and back of it, went to the bar side, shined light through it and asked her coworkers if it was a valid ID. I have never had issues with my plastic and paper ID when going out. The girl who scratched my ID’s name is Linnea or how ever it is spelled. Overall food and server were amazing!“

“I think the employees need to be trained that if they have gloves on, they need to change them after running the register before they make the pizza. Employees with long hair, male or female, should it pulled back in a ponytail. My opinion“

“Today was our first rough experience, hubby and I came in around 1300 for a late lunch. The cook came out to grab a beer, the other waiter is sitting having a nice lunch, a shot and a nice cold beer. Not sure if he is on a lunch break or off but pretty shocking half the employees are drinking while this poor young lady runs around helping us and others… I don’t find it settling to watch the employees drinking. I feel her having to run around like crazy made her a bit rude. So I don’t completely blame her.. we come in often, and it kind of sucked to have such a crappy experience..“

Corn hole, board games, cards and food too! So if you are looking for a place to socialize with friends and family, grab your favorite beverage, set up Jenga and settle in….. or go blow an ornament at Karg Glass and stop here for a beverage and snack on your way out to discuss how fun it was!“

“We had a wonderful experience at Chuck E. Cheese today. My son turned 3 and we booked the mega party option for six kids with the all you can jump add on. Our host DJ was an absolute joy and he really made our little guys day. It was affordable, clean, and fun! I’m very thankful for the impeccable service we received. “This was a delivery:The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional!Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef.Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes.The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology.This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years.Fantastic job!!! Give the driver a raise and hold on to her until she moves on to bigger things! “Didn’t realized I lived so close to them because they are kind of tucked away from Rock Rd. Pizza carry out was good. Staff was kind, even though they were super busy. The place was pretty clean. I’d go back/order delivery from them again.“

“The West High Class of 1975's 50th reunion recently held their Friday evening mixer at WBC Delano's newly opened private room and what a great time we had!!! 100 of our classmates raved about WBC's new space while catching up. Staff went above and beyond to make the event amazing! WBC created a custom menu for us as well as provided a private bar, too. Scheduling was a snap. After our time wrapped, we went upstairs and enjoyed the open space and bar until closing. Good times!!!“

You can request a specific pizza for on the buffet (well, except gluten free) which is nice if you are picky or want one that's really hot and fresh out of the oven. I love the fried chicken and the salad bar is pretty good too. The icecream is really creamy smooth for a soft serve machine. We love finishing our meal by making a rootbeer float. Our little one loves to play in the fun zone arcade afterwards. Overall, it's a great treat out for the family.“

I felt bad since we didn’t want it yet and so I called them and they were VERY kind! The woman got her manager to see what to do and without having to pay again, they switched it to the next day.Thankfully it all worked out and at 6pm sharp they rang the doorbell and we got exactly what we’d ordered!!
