“I went here for my birthday again this year.
I have never ordered a pizza from Old Chicago.
Well, this time I did, I ordered the Chicago 7, which is kind of akin to a supreme pizza.
And while it smelled so good, and the toppings were abundant, it was super doughy.
Like, unedible doughy.
The two other pizzas that were ordered seemed to be just fine, but I couldn't even finish mine.
Hell, I couldn't even get through one piece, and so when the waitress asked me for to-go boxes, I gladly took one.
(If you're wondering why I didn't speak up, It was because the pizza was free because of my birthday, and I didn't want to make a big scene about it. I took it home and cooked it there and it was fine.)
Service was awesome.
Wait staff was amazing.

“We were visiting from Oklahoma and decided to try Ziggy’s at Auburn Hills. The salad and pizza were great! Restaurant was clean and service was good and fast. One thing to note: the pizza crust is very thin. That’s what we like, so not a problem. Just don’t expect a thick crust pizza. We had Caesar salads and the pizza was 1/2 Veg-N-Out and half Sanibel Islander. Very flavorful! We’ll go back if we’re in the area.“

“I really regret the fact that this is the only Cici's Pizza that we have left in town but every time I go there The Vibes are so nostalgic they've got the little play area with the video games but all you can eat buffet and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating“

We definitely found this one when we was out and about shopping for Christmas and it was epically amazing!We got there before the supper rush and was the only customers. We had a waiter that was amazing! Very prompt on getting our drinks refilled, always asked if there was anything more he could do for us and made sure we knew how soon our food was coming.Our food was very delicious! We go about twice a month and it’s always from kitchen staff, greeters, managers every employee is always super nice, attentive, ready to help and go beyond what’s expected!! “This was a delivery:The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional!Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef.Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes.The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology.This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years.Fantastic job!!! Give the driver a raise and hold on to her until she moves on to bigger things! “My friend and I ordered online for delivery and set it for the next day for March Madness.Well somehow once we put it in the date didn’t change to the next day and they brought our order that day. I felt bad since we didn’t want it yet and so I called them and they were VERY kind! The woman got her manager to see what to do and without having to pay again, they switched it to the next day.Thankfully it all worked out and at 6pm sharp they rang the doorbell and we got exactly what we’d ordered!! I’m honestly grateful that they helped me fix it even after it was technically delivered.Thanks again for the help Pizza Hut!!“
