“I've been bypassing Papa Murphy's for many, many years, and that's a shame because we've been missing out. I had their Papa's Favorite, thin crust, on Christmas day because we did our holiday meal on the 24th. We couldn't believe that it was so tasty and fresh. We picked up an order the day before, and it held up well in the fridge. If I were to complain, it would only be that the cost wasn't quite the savings that I expected since they put me to work to bake it myself. However, it was so tasty and baked exactly as I preferred per the instructions, not to mention the convenience of a fresh pizza on Christmas day, that I'll keep my mouth shut. I have to say that I'm a fan of Knolla's Pizza, and I thought PM rivals them in taste. This complicates things.“

“There are many things I appreciate about Papa Murphys Pizza.
Web site is well designed, easy to use. I like being able to adjust or delete certain ingredients to my own taste or healthier eating.
The staff at the N. Maize shop where I go, are always prompt with the order, the quality of the product is consistent, You always know what to expect…a Great Pie!
The store is always clean and the staff is always pleasant and make you feel like your business is appreciated!
I do miss not having the store that was located on W. 21st, but the additional drive is worth it. Thank You!

“Great food, friendly service! On a recent visit, we ordered the lunch special (they're available all day!) The calzone and tossed salad were made fresh and to order. The spinach, garlic and cheese Calzone with Alfredo sauce was richly satisfying. P.S. The lunch special even comes with a soft drink. Restaurant is clean and has a family vibe. Great experience overall.“

“Sad this used to be a great place to eat but their pizza has become predictably bad ..this is supposed to be a Chicago pan pizza . flat gooey disgusting.. we used to eat at the 13th location multiple times a month.. tried downtown crust not cooked tried out west and this is the worst of the worst.. frozen would be an an upgrade. Sad to have lost a place that used to have a great pizza..“

“We were visiting from Oklahoma and decided to try Ziggy’s at Auburn Hills. The salad and pizza were great! Restaurant was clean and service was good and fast. One thing to note: the pizza crust is very thin. That’s what we like, so not a problem. Just don’t expect a thick crust pizza. We had Caesar salads and the pizza was 1/2 Veg-N-Out and half Sanibel Islander. Very flavorful! We’ll go back if we’re in the area.“

“The food was amazing as always. The atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable. I enjoyed my meal and the experience. The employees are very helpful and extremely nice.

Parking: The location is amazing there are a lot of parking for small groups or big groups. Easy to get in and put of.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps and wheelchair accessibility to enter and exit the restaurant along with the bathrooms as well.“

“Came here cause we had family friends visiting and Angelo’s was recommended for some excellent gluten free pizza (our friend needs gluten free). We ordered the two pizzas (one gluten free), lasagna, and three pasta dishes. All excellent items. Our friend said that the gluten free pizza (cauliflower crust) was one of the best she has had in a while.
Service was attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was nice although a little cold but still very cozy.

“We visited from out of town with family Friday afternoon. One disabled worker (I only knew because she told us) was especially great. She noticed right away that one of my kids was autistic and she accommodated us throughout our visit. She offered alternative seating, assisted in the arcade, and was incredibly patient and understanding. Having employees who “get it” can really make a difference for families like mine. I hope she is acknowledged for her attitude, noticing a need and offering accommodations, having endless patience, and kindness. I hope she is appreciated.

“Ever wanted a pizza hut pizza super fresh where you can sit and eat it? We definitely found this one when we was out and about shopping for Christmas and it was epically amazing!We got there before the supper rush and was the only customers. We had a waiter that was amazing! Very prompt on getting our drinks refilled, always asked if there was anything more he could do for us and made sure we knew how soon our food was coming.Our food was very delicious! “We ordered this delivered to our hotel. The staff was very friendly on the phone. They offered to deliver it directly to the room and called when near the hotel. The pizza was great as well.

I have had good and bad Pizza Hut and this was definitely on the great end.“

“My friend and I ordered online for delivery and set it for the next day for March Madness.Well somehow once we put it in the date didn’t change to the next day and they brought our order that day. I felt bad since we didn’t want it yet and so I called them and they were VERY kind! The woman got her manager to see what to do and without having to pay again, they switched it to the next day.Thankfully it all worked out and at 6pm sharp they rang the doorbell and we got exactly what we’d ordered!! “This was a delivery:The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional!Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef.Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes.The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology.This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years.Fantastic job!!! Give the driver a raise and hold on to her until she moves on to bigger things! “The counter AND table service was great. The restaurant was clean and stocked. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The brownie and cinnamon roll were the perfect desserts.
