Staff could use a customer service class or two. Had to repeat all or part of my order 3 times, got to the window, Lilyana confirmed my order but there was no smile, friendly face or thank you. Got my change & order but had to ask for receipt. You'd think I'd asked her to wash my car. Finally got the receipt.
They didn't give my fiance a few items she ordered, and when she called to let them know, once she got home, they went well above and beyond to accommodate her. They gave her another entire order for free the next day. What's better than Sonic once a week, you say? Sonic twice a week. Thanks again.
This location in Valley Center has the most horrible service. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to take my order and once the screen said my food was on its way I clocked 11 minutes. There were 3 cars in the parking lot including mine.
