Workers were moaning loud
Stopped to have lunch today while taking my mom to an appointment in Hays. Ordered my food prior to 1:30. At nearly 2:00, I went up to the window and was ignored as the employees stood in a cluster laughing and talking. I loudly said “Excuse me.” They seemed a bit disgusted that I disturbed them. I said “Could I get my money back since it’s obvious I am not getting my food?”

The service was slow and the wait was long but it was to be expected. The ice cream was not good; the blizzard was made incorrectly and half melted. Customers have noted that the staff is friendly, even when faced with difficult situations. The restaurant is a good stop for ice cream and meals.
