Didn't get my fries with my meal, short on my nuggets which weren't even fresh at 1030am. I wanted to surprise co workers with some food, and short on all of it. Very sad. Coffees were on point so gave a couple of stars for that. Customer service depends, today was just blah.
Drive thru was slow. Didnt receive a spoon for McFlurry and was handed food, then left to sit without explanation for 3ish minutes, in order for them to make McFlurry. The staff looked clueless and the lack of communication was frustrating. I dont mind waiting, but when the store has a history of incompetence, a heads up is nice.
