Good service and coffee, but apparently it's opposite to every other coffee place. If you want just a hot chai latte, you have to specify hot. Ordered a chai latte and got 32 oz of iced drink... Not what I was going for on a cold rainy morning, but had a line of people behind me and didn't want to be that guy.

I tried this for the 1st time at 7:30 am on a weekday. I expected to be in line for a while. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they moved the line through. I was out in less than 5 mins! The staff was very friendly and my drink was delicious.

Hands down favorite coffee franchise as of yet! The prices and drinks are always on point and the staff is out of this world nice!

Kid-friendliness: Their kid drink selection is great and very open to mixing!
