The West Applebee's was a total flop both the service and the food. We will not be returning. We were a party of eight with only a handful of other customers. We had to hand the appetizer trays and plates and request the waitress to remove after dinner was delivered. The spinach dip was missing the seasoning. Don't order the prime rib sandwich it was not tasteful.

We waited for 10 minutes before anyone came out to seat us, it was clear she was the only one there at the time. The manager never came out, we asked for med well steak and got well done and my son said it tasted like soap,

The service at the bar was great! The food left a little to be desired. I have gone there 3x for the wonton tacos and they have been out each time. The buffalo wings have too much breading and the mozzarella sticks were luke warm. Servers were getting ghost on customers at tsbles but the bartender was excellent. He was polite, attentive, conversational, and quick on his feet.
