“Norton's has a great atmosphere. There is an awesome patio area with live music on the weekends. There is a great selection of food including a crazy double cheeseburger between two grilled cheese sandwiches. The beers they brew are very good. My favorite was a coffee infused nitro stout. I finished with the triple chocolate cheesecake. Make sure you get the bacon crack.“
“Mom and I needed to kill some time, so we checked out the Hopping Gnome. We sampled a couple light beers and landed on the strawberry one, and I think orange. They were both very good.My bf Jason wasn't with us, so I just had to bring him home the coffee stout. To me, it tasted mostly like an espresso. He loved it and I wish I had recorded his initial reaction as his knees buckled and his eyes lit up, saying, "Lord have mercy that's delicious!"“
“I believe I just found out what a little sliver of heaven tastes like. Recently went into natural grocers and they had a display for “local kombucha” I thought SO COOL! I love supporting local AND I love Kombucha. But……In all honesty did I think their drink could ever taste anything better than their competitors national brand?…. No! This morning I had a Lavender blueberry drink. It changed my life forever. Apollo fermentation has MASTERED the art of kombucha making and I am now their #1 fan. I paired the Artemis lavender blueberry with black coffee and English muffin with avocado, sun dried tomato, and farm eggs. That breakfast combo was bussin! The LAV BLU is my new favorite breakfast drink. This makes for a great pairing! Thank you so much Apollo Fermentations!!!“
“We had a wonderful lunch at this location! We had an early morning dentist appointment for my child and our server, Amenah, was on the ball! She was very kind and understanding of my child’s goofiness! Food was delightful and the beers were great!“
“Locally owned brewery in downtown Wichita. We came here on a Sunday afternoon and we were greeted by the owner who was keeping bar. We tried the Amber beer and sampled the chili beer. Both were delicious. The location is conveniently located close to Old Town.“
“It has a lot of potential. Food was good, but I think for the price, I would like something more than a paper boat to eat from. All that was available for utensils was a plastic fork. Only one choice of whiskey. I know it’s a brewery, but I would have liked to see a better selection of wine and cocktails.“
“Aluxa made my whole experience 10/10! I was in town visiting for work and her bubbly and infectious personality made me feel like I was a regular here. The food and beer only complimented her personality and made me want to come back! If I’m ever in town for work again I will be back here drinking the raspberry sour and hanging with her. She deserves a raise x 10“
“This place has the best mac n cheese on earth! My favorite is mac n cheese with broccoli! And this place also has my favorite beer! It's called "Old Town Brown"Just don't go here on the weekends, it gets way too busy. Unless you are into that kinda thing. Like a really long wait. But either way it's worth the wait. Plus an awesome part of the city!“
“Visited from out of town and finally got out to WBC! I was fantasy! Good beer, good food, and good atmosphere! The bartender, Ed, was very knowledgeable and helpful to answer menu questions in regard to food and beer! Definitely will be back the next time I’m in town!“
“Absolutely loved our experience there. It was our first time, everyone was really helpful and super friendly. The waitress was awesome and great with taking our orders and keeping us refreshed with drinks. She was sweet and patient with our children. We loved all the positive vibes, the great work environment, and the food was absolutely delicious . Loved the portion sizes as well. The only thing that would have made it better would be a larger sampler to share with big family while waiting for main course ? Will return again. Keep up the great job team. You're doing a wonderful job.“
“I love the vibe of this brewery. It was a beautiful night with evening Temps in the low 60s, and the place was packed with people sitting in doors and outside. A bluegrass band was playing in the corner and the beers were great. I had 3 different drinks, the pilsner, a hazy IPA, and a tripel. All of them were true to their type, with the tripel being my personal favorite.“
