What a night! Would not recommend the Burger King Delivery ordering for the South Seneca location. After an hour of waiting our food arrived and the burger's were pink. We called to hopefully get a refund as we totally lost all feeling of hunger. They refused to give us a refund and wanted us to drive up and get the food replaced. How can you pull in the drive thru at 10:30 at night, behind 3 other cars, and get cold food? The first thing they say is "we're out of fries". How does a place such as this, with hardly an over abundance of business, run out of fries? I ordered an original chicken sandwich and a whopper jr. How is it possible that my burger was lukewarm and my chicken tasted like it had been sitting there for an hour in the tray?
