I am so frustrated! I have had a horrible day and have not eaten since 7am so at 5pm I decided to grab some Chick-Fil-A. I asked the drive thru lady for sauce along with my order. She said “ tell the people at the window. It’s free so I don’t have to put it with the order”.
I get up to the window and ask the girl for a “ ridiculous amount of Chick-fil-A sauce, please?” She acknowledges me, says OK then hand me a bag with no sauce in it at all. I didn’t check...read full review
this CFA used to be the best one in town, but ever since they took out a portion of the dining room. to expand their kitchen, every time we come our order is wrong, we are missing items or we have to go back and ask for our drinks. I think the operator of this store has started focusing on improving thr poor performance of the N Greenwich store and now this one is starting to get neglected. we love Chick Fil A, and the employees are always helpful and kind, but the downhill pattern...read full review
