This location has been very slow lately. The last 4 times I have order for pickup, I arrive and when I see my name on the board, there is only 2 or 3 people ahead of me. My name stays on the board as 7 to 9 people get on the board and get their order while I'm still waiting. Usually 10 to 15 minutes inside and once 20 minutes. My orders are usually 2 to 3 items, so don't know why it takes so long. I like the chicken, but have never had to wait as long as lately.
Sandwich was just thrown together. When I opened the box the cheese wasn’t even on the chicken anymore. Ordered a regular lemonade instead got a hibiscus one. Which I’m allergic to hibiscus. Plus make sure employee are giving out the correct order.
Very much enjoy the food and the employees are always very nice, however extremely disappointed to see that they had workers taking orders outside in the pouring rain. I think customers would be totally understanding waiting in a potentially longer line to use the order board and would understand that making the employees stand out getting completely soaked is ridiculous.
