Last night after my husband got home with our order I tried to call 11 different times as my sweet and sour chicken has no sauce and you can’t call as it says mailbox full can’t leave message
Even tried to call the rock road location to see if they had different number, nope gave me same number.
Awful customer service. Really slow service for an “express” restaurant
Horrible experience today!! Waited more than 40 minutes for a simple order of chicken on a stick and fried rice. Cashier asked us if we wanted to cancel the order for a full refund, after 40 MINUTES!!!!!!!! We said yes, we couldn’t wait any longer. She said the rice was ready and gave it to us. But the refund was only for the chicken on a stick!!!!! THE LEAST YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE IS GIVE US THE RICE AND A FULL REFUND for the waiting and the whole inconvenience!!!
