My coworker came in here and they made her feel terrible about making a big order because the app was not working on her phone she left in tears and everyone’s food was wrong 85 dollars worth of food mind you I went there myself to speak to management he looked at me as if I had two heads and said they were not rude to her they were just telling her she had to order ahead I ended up just asking them to remake my burrito and they did but other staff who couldn’t leave the facility...read full review

I recently went to this Chipotle at 9:30p on a Friday night. We had just had a large thunderstorm that had come through town so the restaurant only had my family and one other customer in line. The person in front of us paid for his food and a minute later he came back in and politely asked if they had a broom or something that he could use because he had something wedged under his car from the storm and he needed to get it out.
