Corporate has 100% satisfaction guarantee, but local managers make it difficult to return something if is not within a certain period even when Costco corporate only has a time limit for electronics! Sucks to deal with Karen’s and Ken’s!

Costco Food Court offers a mixed experience. While some items like the pizza and ice cream sundaes may not appeal to those who dislike sweet or greasy foods, the hot dogs and smoothies are recommended. One customer was disappointed with the brisket they purchased, which turned out to be mostly fat.
