Hadn't been there for a long time due to 50 mile drive. EVERYTHING was fresh, delicious and service was outstanding. Consistently excellent.

I had an excellent experience at the Maize location thanks to Austin and his amazing team. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I called.

I recently had an issue with the Hillside location, and unfortunately they refused to transfer me to a manager or properly address my concern. Frustrated, I contacted the Maize location instead, and Austin immediately took my complaint seriously. He listened carefully, handled the situation professionally, and made sure everything was resolved.

Austin truly stands out as a manager who cares about his customers and the company overall , he represents the restaurant in the best way possible. Team members like him make a huge difference in the customer experience. The Hillside location could definitely take notes from the professionalism, hospitality, and customer service that Austin and his staff provide every day.

Tried to order online said service not available, tried to call to place a quick lunch order while at work nobody answered. Walked in to order and get back to work quickly, employee wouldn't take my order wanted me to move my car- I was in pick up order spot- told him I needed a to go order he lectured me about it being an Uber eats spot - nowhere does it say that. Very rude staff, need to work on customer service.

Super weirdos working there. Way to stare at my lady and make her feel uncomfortable. Won't be returning! Go to Michelle's beach house if that is what you are interested in doing rather than serving food and doing your job. 🤢

I ordered for the first time from your establishment tonight. Just a simple steak mashed potatoes and side salad. It came just perfect. It’s perfect size for two meals for this older single lady. Actually four meals because I will get two lunches out of the salad and that means a lot to me being retired. I didn’t have to cook or clean anything up either. The steak was nice and tender, flavorful and I really appreciate not having potato peels in my mashed potatoes!! those were very good! I will be back. Thanks!

Listen to me folks, if you need a Thanksgiving fix early, this, or any Doc Green's in the Wichita area will take care of it. Great turkey Great mashed potatoes and the gravy is fantastic!! A Must stop for your craving!!

Whoever was wearing a black sweatshirt from the brand “Pink” was touching food with the same gloves on that she was also using to touch her phone. Not to mention she was so rude when a member of my group asked about an item being gluten free, doesn’t look like I’m the only one that has had issues with her either.

I came for lunch, and I couldn’t even expect such a bad quality of products… greens are bad, chicken is dry, avocado gone bad… will not come back.
