1st time I've ever had bad service AND bad food. Lukewarm Steakburger was undercooked, Fries were undercooked, 5 tiny chunks of ice floating in Dr. Pepper.... especially disappointed since I asked for the Fry Sauce after taking my order at the Drive thru. I was assured that it was already in the bag. I'm slipping cause I drove off without checking. I've never had a reason to check at Freddy's before.
Went through the drive through this evening. If you notice the line is always short at this location and maybe that’s why I decided to stop. I don’t think it’s because they have two lanes i think it’s because this location is terrible. I have always been a fan of Freddie’s but this has to be the absolute worst location.
