“Wheat Street is AMAZING. Everyone in our family loves their food - even the non-vegans. It’s hard choosing which hot dog I want to get each time we go because they’re all so freaking good. My favs are probably the chili cheese dog and the prairie dog but really they’re all delicious.“
“Ok, I’’m an old Italian from Chicago and usually laugh whenever I try “Chicago Style” when I’m traveling…but I always try. Well, visited them over Christmas break and these guys know what they’ve doing! Good, tender beef, soft bread, hot giardiniera. Not sure where they source their stuff out here in Wichita but damn it’s good. My side item is always a hot dog (I don’t do french fries). Again, the hotdog was a winner.“
“I was actually commenting to my boyfriend how clean the restaurant was. The staff was super friendly also. My only complaint was the amount of fries I got with my order of cheese fries. For $4.50 it should be a pretty good size order I believe. The cherry limeade was excellent.“
“It was a small diner type setting. It was decent in there. The food was very good. The staff was helpful and quick. The food was decent priced. Three people costed about $35.Parking: There is not a large parking area, but there was plenty of parking spaces. Parking was free.“
“Service was friendly. They had a live band and were busy that Saturday night. They have a large outside yard that has a little Cowtown setup which was pretty neat. The best thing about this little bar was that they have a fire pit outside that burns wood and not natural gas or propane. That is 5 stars in my book any day!Parking lot parking is limited, so street parking it is, especially on live band nights.“
