“Rice'N Tings was at Exploration Place for the 2023 Drone Festival and they were so popular they sold out! Their fried rice and chicken thigh dish was really yummy and not too salty like some seasoned rice dishes that I've had. The owners were really nice and we had a good overall experience. “I have seen the Smokin Diner Food Truck twice near the area where I work, so the second time I saw it I decided to try it. They had a sliced brisket on the menu picture, so I decided to order the 2 meat dinner consisting of Brisket, Hot Links, Potato Salad, and Baked Beans. Upon making and receiving my order, the staff was extremely friendly. When I received my order the brisket was chopped not sliced, which made the brisket dry. The sides were flavorful and the meat was good, overall this was a good experience.“
“Ok, I’’m an old Italian from Chicago and usually laugh whenever I try “Chicago Style” when I’m traveling…but I always try. Well, visited them over Christmas break and these guys know what they’ve doing! Good, tender beef, soft bread, hot giardiniera. Not sure where they source their stuff out here in Wichita but damn it’s good. My side item is always a hot dog (I don’t do french fries). Again, the hotdog was a winner.“
“I grabbed lunch from Smokehouse ICT for our office today. As advertised, the brisket and pulled pork were tender and delicious and the sausages we just the right amount of heat. One of the surprise favorites though were the baked beans (which I personally am normally not a big fan of). Service was friendly and seemed to treat everyone around like he'd known them for years. We'll be back!“
