One of my favorite food trucks...and i go to a lot of them. I try to find out where they are going and last i found, they were at the Ditch Witch in Park City. The staff is extremely kind and the food gets out FAST. Not a fan of the sandwiches but they have bomb catfish and shrimp. Most food trucks take forever to get food out but not this one!
I came here for the vegan wieners at the WHEAT STREET DOGS food cart! Totally worth it. There was no line, food was made fresh and fast, and the adorable couple that runs the food cart are so sweet and amazing! I've tried several different dogs but you NEED to try the Bahn Mi dog, it's by far my favorite, the flavors are just perfect!
