Jersey Mike's Subs in Wichita

“12/15 update:
The store manager promptly addressed my concerns, and provided meal replacement cards for a later time. I have since been back, however have not ordered online so I can not attest to wait times there. Since returning staff has been respectful and quick with service in person.

Second occasion of ordering online with my food not started upon arrival. Had to wait 30 minutes for one sandwich to be completed. The workers were behind the desk eating pizza. There was no line and no other orders placed (no tickets on the line). Not sure why this is a repeated pattern at this location, especially with it not being busy. Additionally, when mistakes are made in customer service it is important to acknowledge, apologize, and try to make it better. All I received was "here's that order, sorry about that". I understand working in the food environment is tough, however there is no excuse for neglecting orders when your establishment only had two guests (besides me) in the dining room having already received their order.“

“The WSU Jersey Mike’s, at Braeburn Square off of 21st Street North. A very small version of the sub sandwich chain with some mediocre service. However, food to go is worth it because the Club Supreme with their cherry pepper relish is one of the best sandwiches you will ever find on the go. I recommend stopping here for a great sub, but for carryout only.“

“This review is directed at one employee specifically... her name is Keasia, and she couldn't possibly be any more kind, sincere, and absolutely INCREDIBLE at her job. This young lady built a sandwich for me like I've never seen before, even from my mom on a sick day!!! Seriously... this sandwich was layered PERFECTLY! I know you don't understand what I'm saying, but every pickle, every onion, every bacon slice was meticulously placed so that the sandwich would have endured a category 3 hurricane. She knew what she was doing, she did it fast, and she did it all while having a pleasant conversation with me. This girl needs to teach her own training class, no kidding.

10/10 will come see Keasia again, even if she works somewhere else. 👍❤️“
