We love Hole in the wall restaurants they always have the best food kinda in a random spot! Best seafood around. Got a #1 and it was plenty of food for my husband and I. Great flavor!!
The food was great! It’s Cajun so expect the seasoning. But, service was less desirable. Busy or not busy, there wasn’t anything friendly about it. Order taking was super rushed and you basically have to get up to get anything extra you may want. Also, don’t expect anyone to check on refills. BEWARE: butter is .75 extra and they charge you 3.5% to use your card to pay.
Terrible in store experience, was the only customer and had a two person takeout order that took 30 minutes to receive and a 10 percent takeout fee is applied to ALL to go orders due to the amount of business conducted with services such as grub hub I was told by... THE OWNER! That sounds like an entirely separate matter than the first time customer at hand walking in wanting to try your food and being penalized for your sales tactics. The food was decent but I felt overpriced...
