One of the last few sit down Chinese restaurants in town that wasn’t killed off by the all-you-can-eat craze that swept Wichita and put a lot of Wichita’s oldest Chinese restaurants out of business. I believe the original owners were Korean, and you can see that reflected in some of the dishes and appetizers like the Mandu. Went to Magic Wok after our son’s baseball tournament last night. We were seated quickly and the food was amazing as always! Then the staff came out with ice cream treats for our boys and congratulated them on their tournament win. They made our 9/10 boys feel amazing and so special! Completely unexpected and so special, it’s the little things especially in today’s world!

In town on business and had a craving for Chinese. Impressed by the other reviews and close proximity to our hotel, we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed.The owner herself was assisting because hey were short staffed but that did not detract at all from the service.
