Costumes are treated like trash here, there is poor management, the food is never completely served, and some stupid employees work there.The drive-through person treats costumes like a piece of trash and is quite disrespectful, acting as though they have no desire to be there working.Trash MCDONALD'S with very rude drive-thru employees!

Wednesday Dec 20, 11am.The line is clear I order two BaconQPs, no bun.I pull forward. Slight delay on my part, then I Pay. Pull forward.At the second window they ask me to pull up to the rail, the line is empty.I ask why, she said QPs means pull forward.Baffled, I again ask, why? She replies, okay since you don't wanna listen, shuts the window and gets the manager. ??A vehicle pulls around. The manager says it'll be a wait pull forward. At this point I just want to know why QP automatically means pull forward.It's been 3 minutes that QP should be on its way out.Instead of saying the persons order behind me is easy, they say "Pull forward" and shut the window in my face, again.I've worked at McDonald's before too. I never brushed an individual off like that.Both individuals were very rude and very impressionable. The wait time showed obvious negligence and they still forgot the bacon. Enough to make me drive to a different location next time. I don't know why I thought a manager would have better communication than the testy high schooler, but they didn't. It's definitely not a great attitude for the location. I know you can do better.

The only reason they get one star is because I have to. Joni is the rudest manager on the planet. She just hung up on me for trying to explain a situation. Then I asked her name, she wouldn't give it to me so I asked again and she hung up on me. I don't know why Lane Enterprise would employ such a rude person as a manager. Worst customer service ever.
