I just want to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to Dylan at Wichita NBC. We had a horrible winter storm today. The store closed and I had 2 Birthday cakes on order. It's my youngest daughters 18th and my grandsons 1st birthday today.
Dylan called to see if I "needed" the cakes today. When I told him yes that it was a special day, he drove from his home in Whitewater all the way to the store to make sure my cakes were ready and even brought them out to the car.

Normally I would love to write a good review but today I was sadly disappointed. The cakes are good however I was frustrated with the customer service. We arrived at 6:20pm and wanted to order a variety of bundtinis. We were told they were no longer icing cakes and could not prepare what we wanted. So disappointed we just order an individual that was already prepped. Nothing Bundt Cakes are absolutely delicious! I've been a customer of theirs since they've opened. In addition, the owners are some of the kindest, humble, & salt of the earth people you've ever met. I can't sing their praise enough. It's a wonderful experience when you not only have fabulous owners, but a delicious product to boot!
