Note that this Papa Johns is in the Short Stop gas station… that being said, the food tasted great and the best part is they have a drive thru! Wish all PJs had drive thrus.

Ordered a philly and a sausage and pepperoni, both large. The sausage and pepperoni had exactly 7 pepperoni slices on it. I couldn't find the meat on the Philly. For nearly $40 for 2 pizzas, i expected more

Omg I love Papa John's pizza so much especially the black olive pizza I would kill for it you should definitely go here
ABSOLUTELY TERRRIBLE!!! The worst Papa John's in the Wichita, KS area. You cannot order most items online. Even if you call, and someone actually answers the phone, your order will still be wrong. After waiting an hour for them to correct it, I cancelled my order as it was still not ready. I have tried to order from this location 3 times, a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. This location couldn't manage that. They also do not participate in any nation wide advertising campaign specials either. I've learned my lesson. Do not recommend. Avoid! Never again!

Ordered a pizza to pick up after work. 3 hrs before I got off. Was looking forward to some pizza. Got there hungry after work no pizza they denied taking the order. Charged my card no pizza. Needless to say never again.

The pizza was to be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived after nearly 20 minutes they had just put the pizza in the oven. When it did come out 15 minutes later they would not give me any discount for my inconvenience. When I got home I saw that the pizza was dry and the crust burnt black. I will NEVER go back to this Papa John’s again and will just go back to using Pizza Hut. I’ve had Papa John’s before and was REALLY, REALLY disappointed. The quality seal was a farce.

I stood there trying to order a pizza this afternoon and they girl just glared at me and refused to help me. I smiled and said hi and she looked at me in the eye and just kept folding boxes. I love papa John's pizza but customer service is so awful everytime.
