Papa John's in Wichita

“We were on a door dash and the pizza we were going to deliver came out with a large bubble. The people working (Dayton, Dakota, and Julia) caught it and remade the pizza instead of sending it out that way. The restaurant is extremely clean and organized. They were absolutely amazing about the whole situation! It is very obvious that they put pride in the quality of food they send out!“

“First time I have been to a Papa John's in year's. I previously had not liked their pizza. After recently seeing a BOGO offer, I decided to give them a try. I bought a large New York style sausage and a thin crust pepperoni pizza. Both had good flavor and a decent amount of ingredients. I preferred the New York style crust. The online menu had numerous choices. The store employee's were friendly. I will order from them again.“

“Shout-out to Keegan for outstanding service tonight. Our order was delivered promptly and everything was exactly as ordered — hot, fresh, and perfect.

Due to a mix-up back at the store, Keegan was sent back out even though the delivery had already been completed correctly. He handled the situation professionally, politely, and with a great attitude the entire time. He clearly cares about doing the job right and representing the store well.

Really impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Papa John’s is lucky to have him.“

“The manager maybe BJ or something like that was so kind and helpful it was amazing experience. I was able to sit to eat half of the pizza and take the rest home. Kudos to this manager for being customer friendly and helpful who is on Northeast area of Wichita. I have to thank him for sure since he truly made me feel like a desired customer“

“This location is the BEST. We order online and it’s ready before we get there. It’s ways fresh, hot and perfect.

However, because of the Wichita City Council’s poor decisions and lack of ability to comprehend basic facts such as “the streets belong to the taxpayer since we already paid for them, so we should be able to use them for *free* parking any time we like” we have VERY reluctantly stopped going to this location because we will not pay to park just to run in and back out for pizza.

We told the City Council that their bad decisions would hurt downtown business, and this is just one of the problems they’ve chosen to cause.

I hope this location survives the City Council’s attack. They deserve to survive and even thrive; but it’s hard when the people we unwisely elected to lead our city (never again - we know better than to re-elect any of them) can’t stop destroying everything and then begging for more money to hurt us even more.“

The store looked clean and organized. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had recently, and I’ll be ordering again.“
