Redrock Canyon Grill last night for a birthday dinner. There was double booking on our reservation that we placed a week ago, and we got the short end of the stick. Poor communication aside though, here's how dinner went.

The food alone is absolutely fantastic.
I’ve had 2 experiences with Redrock. The first was decent enough. The second was awful.
My older sister called 2 weeks prior to an event asking for reservations for a party of 10 and was told explicitly that they DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS. We were instructed to call and get on the waitlist… so we did that. We called and were refused service because we didn’t make a reservation.
