I went to Rene’s for the first time today (November 20th 2022) and ordered some food. The customer service was not great but that isn’t the issue, after getting the food home and my kid eating nearly all his food, we discovered a chunk of pointy plastic in his taco. We will not be returning.
We went to one on West St. sorta late last night & we were very disappointed in the service! We will not be back!
I have never been somewhere that can mess up a simple order so many different ways! I want to love this place because I love the original but really. 3 trips in a row! and I can't stand getting home to find the wrong order, I live to far away to drive back and then I don't have dinner!!
