I’ve been a loyal customer at El Fogon for the past 5–6 years and have always enjoyed the food, often recommending it to others. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning. I was given the wrong order—a Torta al Pastor instead of Carne Asada. Mistakes happen, and I was fine with that. But when I called to ask about exchanging it, the staff was extremely rude and insisted I pay again to get the correct item. It’s disappointing to be treated this way after years of support. It wasn’t the mix-up that bothered me—it was the lack of courtesy and the way the situation was handled that lost me as a customer.

when my family and i first got here, it looked like an abandoned place, but we called the number and confirmed that we could come inside. they immediately greeted us as we entered. the servers are incredibly kind. the food here is also really good; just what we were looking for:) i will totally recommend more people to come
