My love affair with The Belmont began the way all the best ones do — by accident, and over breakfast. The first time I tried the Brekky Tacos, I actually paused mid-bite, which, if you knew me, would be an event worth documenting. They were that good — bright, messy, unapologetically alive. Sadly the quality and service has gone down in the last year. The final nail in the coffin that will keep me from coming back is my wife ordered the crispy skin Salmon, and it was indeed crispy because the fish was burnt on one side and there was no actual skin to crisp up. Advertise “crispy skin salmon” it should prob have the skin. And the creekstone prime strip was very under seasoned and very overcooked.
