never tried this place. probably won't ever be able to since it seems they're never actually open. my 15 year old wanted cheese cake for their birthday and stopped by at 7pm to find the doors locked. I'm guessing business is bad and they can't keep staffed enough to stay open, which tells me all I need to know.
Hours poster are inaccurate. Went back multiple times throughout the day on Friday. No one inside and no one answering the phones.
I am from out of town, however I stopped around 10:45am the food case appeared to be full and the door locked. The hours posted was 8am-8pm. Just disappointed there wasn't a sign on the door or post here on the page why it was closed.
Every cheesecake I have bought has been delicious, designed with care and you get what you pay for. Picked up the lemon Keylime today and most of the others have been coffee flavored.
I would like to start off by saying the customer service was good, but I am disappointed that my order was not ready after I ordered the day before. I placed an order the day before and expected that my prepaid order would be ready when I went to pick it up the next day, but it was not. I was disappointed when I went to get my order and the worker told me it was not ready because they were out of the cheesecake that I had ordered. He then offered me one of the other three options that they had, and I picked a different one. The worker was helpful and polite, but again, if I pre-ordered and prepaid for the next day, what I ordered should be there and ready for pick up when I arrived.

Should’ve checked other reviews here first…place wasn’t open at their open hour. I tried to come back at a different day, same thing. Won’t bother to try again.

The people were friendly enough.
The place was empty and needed some TLC. The cheesecake was not New York style. It was not rich enough or cheesey. It tasted of imitation flavors and canned fruit. No coffee available.

Some of the best cheesecake I’ve had, strawberry was really good. I’ll have to try the peanut buttercup or pumpkin next time. I also didn’t know they had food there too, I definitely want to try some the next time I go
Came at 7:15pm on a Saturday and they were completely closed. No lights or signs. Will never come back. I had a late night pregnancy craving only to end up sad, disappointed and crying.

Just like going to a fast food place to order it. It's one small slice. The building looks nice but it has terrible parking.
Parking: Unclear whether or not it actually has parking. There is a big parking garage next to it but you pay for it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very basic flat area so no reason why it shouldn't be wheelchair accessible.

Sadly I didn't get a chance to try. I rushed over and arrived 15 minutes before close at 7:45 PM on Thursday and they were not open despite their door and Google saying that they're open until 8 PM
Need to open another cheesecake factory that's actually open. & Stays true to their time. Came from out of town waste of a trip.

10/10 we had the Chicago beef sandwich. It was the special today and WOW! It was great. Then I had the white chocolate Twix cheesecake and my husband had the turtle cheesecake both were amazing. Very nice people and we appreciated the military discount.
