Just drove thru after rush to order several items. The Dr Pepper was flat & missed part of order. Called to mention the drink & was told they hadn't had any complaints. I just complained. Then I said drink needed to be changed out & was informed Dr Pepper comes in a box. Then I mentioned missing items, so was told to tell manager next time I was in. Why come back in?
Food I've gotten has been fine, as has service. I would like to call out the local Wendy's for being supportive in the community! Grace UMC hands out Grab 'n Go meals every Thursday from 5-6pm during this tough economic time. We had some salads donated and needed some containers for it. Wendy's came through with no hassle and generous spirits!
The Manager Tim was amazing!! Went out his way to give us amazing service! You don’t really expect that in a fast food restaurant but Tim changed my mind! Best Wendy’s ever!

One customer reported issues with communication regarding coupons and noted that the manager did not provide good customer service during a visit.
