5 Best Hot Dogs near Ashland

“It's been 2 years since I've been able to go there and I have moments of just craving these chili dogs. I don't live in Ashland but I visit family there. My husband and I visited once 2 years ago during the week and found this places. It was one of the thing we both talk about most of that trip. We've visited Ashland a couple of times since but usually on weekends and unfortunately they are closed on weekends. But those chili dogs with the slaw are one thing we crave. Might need too make the 3 and half drive soon (during the week )“

“I love this place. We drive from Virginia and it is always the fist place we hit. The hotdogs with sauce are the best around as well as their onion rings (yum). Yesterday we also got a butterscotch milkshake, holy mother of all things merciful get yourself a butterscotch milkshake. Been a fan of Crisps for over 50 years and the fandom continues.“

“I had eaten here quite some time ago so it was not a new place to me, I was in the area at lunchtime and decided to stop in and grab a bite. The service was really good and I received my food pretty quick. This is a dairy bar type restaurant with mainly sandwiches and ice cream but I believe they had some dinner options o. The menu too. My sandwich was hot and fresh, the fries were too. It was clean and decorated with their local school's mementos, there were plenty of seats as well as a snack counter with bar stools. All in all it was a good experience.“
