“My family eats here often but honestly, if we could eat Pancho's every day I certainly would!! I moved to Taylor county in 2021 and after trying Poncho's for the first time I don’t even consider that there are other Mexican Restaurants in Campbellsville. We normally order our food for pick up but when we do dine in it’s always clean and well maintained. We like that they don’t serve alcohol, making it family friendly. Every single time we order our food is delicious and just what we expect it to be if not better. I’ll never understand how they are not swamped from open to close on the daily!! And if you catch them when they’ve just made fresh chips you’ll be so happy cause they’re so delish! Poncho’s is the BEST all around 10/10 and I’m a tough critic 🤣”

“I had an excellent Belgian pint (Belgium Is Calling) and good conversation with the proprietors during a recent Saturday evening. Stepped around the corner for a takeout BBQ sandwich from Brothers and enjoyed it with a second pint.”

“I have only been a few times since I live about 45 minutes away but let me tell you, I absolutely LOVE the deep fried crab roll! Every time I have gone Lauren was my waitress. She has excellent customer service, keeps drinks filled, we never have a long wait time on getting drinks and menus, she is very attentive to all of her customers from what I have seen. “The hospitality of the staff went above and beyond! We considered the Family Meal and the cashier offered The Build A Bucket option instead so my family could have more sides to eat. We took that option and we ate the entire meal! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the extra sides hit the spot! Thank you so much for your kindness and superb service!”

“Everything was excellent. I had the ribeye and shrimp with house salad and sautéed mushrooms. The steak was perfectly seasoned, ordered it rare and it was perfect/ paired well with the mushrooms. The fried shrimp was awesome as well. The waitress was great and attentive. Would definitely come back”

“We stopped by on Easter, without knowing it was closed, and placed an online order and were totally okay with calling the following day to cancel our order for a refund. We just so happened to be in the parking lot about to leave when the manager pulled up to check on us, and immediately offered to make our sandwiches regardless. He was so kind and went out of his way to serve us, even on his Holiday day off. We greatly greatly appreciate his kindness and willingness to get us delicious sandwiches! Thank you so much, it will not be forgotten!”
