Baskin Robbins in Lexington

“My kids and I always come here for a treat. The ice cream is always delicious and workers mostly nice. Today Jacklyn was exceptionally outstanding. I came without my kids and decided to order to go ice cream cups for them. She offer to keep my kids order in the fridge while I enjoy mine at the store. I really appreciate it that.“

“The workers were great. the one memorable worker is Zach. When i walked in, He was wiping down the tables. He said hello and asked how i was doing. I waited for him to finish wiping down the table, since i also needed time to decide what i wanted. Once he was finished he washed his hands and was ready to scoop. He scooped my ice cream and rung me up in no time. The other worker, i think her name is Taylor was great as well. The only thing that could be better about this location is the restrooms, and maybe sweeping under the tables a bit. Other than that, 10/10.“

“I got to this baskin Robbin’s a LOT (probably to much) but this location is by far the best thanks to Tiffany and crew. Tiffany makes sure our order is always perfect and makes sure new employees get it right for us which we always really appreciate. I’m writing this today because I noticed two older ladies in the restaurant while I was there giving Tiffany a hard time for no real reason which I found to be despicable considering their age. I’ve never once had a bad experience with the staff here and never witnessed anything other than professional behavior for the team. 11/10 would recommend.
