HOWEVER, tonight, a girl around my age (19) STOLE MY FOOD. she took advantage of BOTH my kindness AND the young woman behind the counter. very inconsiderate. she and her little friend came in with pajamas and took MY entire order and pretended to be my friend. strode on up to me giggling and gave me MY lemonade and tricked me. i didn’t see my food in her hand. i even complimented her pajamas. what a shame.“

“The food almost always gives me food poisoning I’ve had this place 3 times and every single time I’m hospitalized. It’s also just not that good! Sorry 😬. The staff are sweet. The food is warm and hot when you get it in the drive thru. The cost is bearable.“

“When placing my online order, I goofed up by ordering bone-in wings, but meaning to select boneless. However, I picked up my order and YUCK! I called as I was parking and let them know I had made a mistake by ordering the creepy bone- in. TAYLOR did not hesitate to correct MY MISTAKE, free of charge, at all. I have to say, I was very appreciative of her grace and kindness. Thank you Taylor!! My children & I eat her around 3 times a week. We have NEVER had a poor experience!

“This place is traditional southern cooking staples. Had the chicken breast. It was yummy crispy and juicy. Peach cobbler was simple and to the point. I believe it's canned peaches and pre made pie crust mixed together. Not bad. My wifes livers had good flavor however 80% were over cooked a bit. So made them a bit bitter. The ones that were not as cooked were good. The potato wedges were good and filling. Heavy on the pepper. Need something to combat that. But flavor it had. A sauce would be beneficial.“

“this was a first time for me eating at this place and I give it 10 stars if it could go that high. the people who works there are amazing and so respectful to me and everyone else in line. this is diffidently a place to eat. the 6 ounce rib with 2 sides tasted great. “This was my first time ever eating at a Chick-fil-A restaurant and I can honestly say I do wish I'd decided to eat here a long time ago! The food was amazing, the service was awesome & we received our food very quickly. No wait time really at all. Plus it was fresh so that's a huge plus to me. Id highly recommend this restaurant to anyone & I'll definitely be eating here again!“

“Last weekend I went with my school on a field trip. Going through the line was fine, but as we got up to the counter the lady told us that the pop machine was down. Lemonade was a 10/10, the waffle fries were over salted, but other than that it was pretty good. Only issue I had was the woman who took the name from the order got my boyfriends name wrong, he told her "Ruiz, R-U-I-Z" and she put "Ryez" on the order lol. It was funny after though cause the guy who read it off looked just as confused as we were 💀“

To start, I really loved the outside and the design of the space, how the restaurant looks like it's a barn, which gives an added Southern feel to the space. I ordered a regular chicken-finger plate for a very friendly price of $11.50, which included five tenders, toast, fries, a drink, and Zaxby's sauce. The workers were very friendly here and ensured that everything was correct with my order. This space was very well kept and neat. The sauce was good, similar to other house-made sauces. The fries were very firm and not flimsy, which I really liked; the chicken was also cooked to a great crispiness. The employees and management here keep this restaurant very tidy and focus a lot on customer service, which I really admired. Overall, my time at Zaxby's was very nice, with great food and even better service!“
