HOWEVER, tonight, a girl around my age (19) STOLE MY FOOD. she took advantage of BOTH my kindness AND the young woman behind the counter. very inconsiderate. she and her little friend came in with pajamas and took MY entire order and pretended to be my friend. strode on up to me giggling and gave me MY lemonade and tricked me. i didn’t see my food in her hand. i even complimented her pajamas. what a shame.“

“Stopped in for breakfast had 40+ people in a tourbus they had taken every ones order in 15 minutes and in about another 10 we all had our food! All done in a polite professional manner going out of their way to make sure everyone got what they wanted. The facilities were very clean and well kept!“

“The Chick-fil-a in the student center is quite good in my opinion. Most people say they do not like it but I think it is good. The food is always hot and fresh. The other day I got a sandwich and it was really good. The bun was not soggy and the chicken was hot. That is really all you could ask for when getting a chicken sandwich, and compared to the chick-fil-a on central campus this one is one hundred percent better than the other. Another thing that is good about this chick is the fact that the workers can get your food out in under ten minutes and I know that doesn't seem fast but when there are thirty other orders it seems pretty fast. Overall I think that chick-fil-a is probably the best on campus and would highly recommend it if you are wanting some good chicken.“

“I have had it a few times at work only because the boss would treat us to lunch, but first time actually being there. Love the selection, and I'm told its a christian chain restaurant and it even closes on Sundays. I love it, I heard all the hate others have but this place is loving and welcoming. “Last weekend I went with my school on a field trip. Going through the line was fine, but as we got up to the counter the lady told us that the pop machine was down. Lemonade was a 10/10, the waffle fries were over salted, but other than that it was pretty good. Only issue I had was the woman who took the name from the order got my boyfriends name wrong, he told her "Ruiz, R-U-I-Z" and she put "Ryez" on the order lol. It was funny after though cause the guy who read it off looked just as confused as we were 💀“

“Grimes is a family favourite for our get togethers. Have also introduced their chicken to church- now see and hear other folks looking forward to Grimes chicken, wedges, vegetables and the need to get cobblers.

“I have lived in the Lexington area for 15 years and have never tried Lee’s. After a situation of food not being ready at a competitors when we ordered ahead and was told we needed to wait an additional 20 minutes past our quoted time we decided to give them a try. They blew their competitor out of the water in terms of service 100%. They were friendly and we had the food right away. I have had better friend chicken but for the friendly service and convenience they are worth the money.“
