“This is our second time here. Can say without a doubt, this is one of the best options for Hispanic food.Their tacos are ridiculous, and the burritos are super good.We haven't tried the chuchitos or the empanadas yet, but they're on the list! (They only sell chuchitos Fri-Sun)We've talked with both people in the trailer, they were both super friendly and helpful with menu items. Btw, Xoyita is pronounced "shoy-eat-a".Why they don't have a line down Hurstbourne for miles, is beyond me.“

“Came here with my wife, She ordered a quesadilla, I ordered pork tacos. Both were VERY tasty. They give good, large portions as well, we both left stuffed and had some leftovers. Staff was very friendly and warm. I definitely recommend trying this place.“

“We are visiting the town of Louisville and we stop by to get lunch at Mi casita. The decoration is authentic, I love the Mexican guirnaldas and the hat. The place is cozy. The food is good. My favorite part is the service. I highly recommend to eat here. The chunky salsa was my favorite one, spicy and perfect. The size of the portions are just perfect, I even take leftovers home. It is run by Mexicans, that tells you something, it is good.“
