We are visiting the town of Louisville and we stop by to get lunch at Mi casita. The decoration is authentic, I love the Mexican guirnaldas and the hat. The place is cozy. The food is good. My favorite part is the service. I highly recommend to eat here. The chunky salsa was my favorite one, spicy and perfect. The size of the portions are just perfect, I even take leftovers home. It is run by Mexicans, that tells you something, it is good.
I have not tried all the dishes there, and I am only commenting on the dish I tried. I ordered a seafood cocktail and I am very disappointed that most of the cocktail was just surimi, a few shrimps and couple oysters. I am mexican and I respectfully think adding surimi to a cocktail it's a fraud. I think you could do much better!
Probably the best chicken fajitas quesadillas I have had!!! Great service!! Great margarita!!
